what are some good horror movies that are **actually** scary?

I thought "The Ring" was pretty creepy, especially for a PG-13 flick. Pretty intense.
Ju-On looks pretty spooky too.

See, my problem is that I don't get scared. But The Exorcist: The Version You've Never Seen Before was somewhat disturbing, especially with the whole backwards-spiderwalk-spewing-blood-scene.

The Ring is probably the creepiest one for me.

"Halloween" for one...

Excorcist as a kid scared the 'hell' out of me. I think it depends on what is scary for you. The one movie that made me jump was 'signs' but not necessarily scary movie though.

My mom used to let me watch scary movies when i was a little girl so I'm used to it

I love horrors movie, but I think I ever found that was actually "scary". Some of them were creepie though. If anybody can find a movie that would make me jump, please tell me. I like horror movies that make me jump.
