Good Sequels: Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Matrix Reloaded, Silence Of The Lambs, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, Kill Bill Vol. 2, Indiana Jones and the Last Cruesade,

Bad Sequels: LOTR: Return Of the King, Bad Boys 2, Shrek 2, Matrix Revolutions, X2: X-Men United, Batman Forever,

Horrible Sequels: Highlander 2, 3 and 4, Another Weekend At Bernies, Baby Genuises 2, any Major League sequel as well as the horror (Jason, Freddy, Michael Myers) film, Charle's Angels 2, Species 2, Batman & Robin, Superman III and IV

Just off the top of my head, I might update later...

I think Terminator 2 is one of the greatest sequels ever made, just superior in every way to the already great original.
And while Terminator 3 isn't that bad a movie, comparing it to the 2nd film shows just how much better it really is.

Also think Scream 2, X-Men 2, and Spiderman are all great sequels.
