so far DC has been sucking eggs as far as the movies standpoint goes. Perhaps a Justice League movie wouldn't suck, but so far Marvel seems to be on the ball.

^ I agree with you completely! Marvel already has the Spiderman and Xmen movies, (which are huge!) and we won't talk about DareDevil or The Hulk.
Now they're coming with Fantastic Four, Luke Cage, Black Widow, and Iron Fist. I hope that they all do great!!!! I don't want anymore DareDevil's or CatWoman's out there.

Adam Warlock, Shang Chi, Master of Kung Fu, Dr Strange, The Watchmen.

Apparently Michael [The Shield] Chiklis has signed on to play Ben Grimm/The Thing in a new version of the Fantastic Four.

Frank Miller's making his directorial debut in the Sin City movie for April, 2005.

Barry Blitt from Entertainment Weekly once suggested a Ren and Stimpy movie with Steve Buscemi and Jon Lovitz.

Miller is getting kind of an honorary credit for directing "Sin City". Robert Rodriguez is the real director, but he's shooting it just like it was drawn, so he wanted to make sure Miller got his due.

Check the threads for a pic of Michael Chiklis in costume.

"Watchmen" is in development now, with rumors starting to emerge about casting.

I agree, Lobo would be great. Then they could follow up with Lobo vs. Superman.

Sandman needs to made into a movie...and with Gaiman doing MirrorMask now...maybe there's a good chance that he might just go out and make Sandman soon too...

Visionaries

I know this is not a comic book cartoon but, but can you remember the cartoon "Visionaires" (Knights of the Magical Light) aroung 1987. Where you have the good versus bad. The good being the knights of the spectral light and baddies the darkling lords. For those people who've seen this cartoon, dont you think with todays special fx, and a good movie script, this will be a classic movie in the making.

For those who don't know this movie and want to know more about this cartoon, when you've got a minute just check it out, I think you'll agree with me

I believe that James Marsden (Cyclops from the "X-Men" movies) has been trying to get a "Preacher" movie going, with him as the star.
