God help me, I watched "Alien vs Predator" last night. It's been a year since I'd seen it and I guess I'd forgotten just how bad it was. The aliens went from egg to full grown drone in about three minutes, the Predator's ship was so cheap it was insulting. All black with glass and red lights. Nowhere near as cool or fitting as the one in "Predator 2". The characters were jokes, no depth, no good lines, no likablity. They were just basically chum. I hated all of them. I was rooting for the Predators and then two of the Preds die within about five minutes of showing up, killed by the same friggin Alien! Then the third Pred, our last hope, gets a face-hugger on him right after he killed a couple Aliens and made himself look like the baddest thing in the galaxy. Everything they could do wrong in the making of this movie, they did wrong. I have no idea why it ever got greenlit. Paul W.S. Anderson is the absolute worst directer in the history of Hollywood. Ever.
I'm giving this movie a 1/10 because there was a period of six consecutive seconds that was halfway decent.
